As I'm sure many of you are aware, Hurricane Irene is expected to affect
Baltimore and other major cities in the Mid-Atlantic and Northeast
regions this weekend. Maryland has declared a state of emergency in
anticipation of the storm.
Now is a good time to fill your car's gas tank and stock up on canned food, first aid supplies, drinking water, and medications. Also please be aware that parking restrictions may be in effect this weekend in neighborhoods such as Fells Point depending on the forecast of storm surges and flood predictions.
