Our quarterly community meeting will be Tuesday, August 4th at 7:30 PM at Harbel (5807 Harford Road).
Speaker: State Senator McFadden
We plan to discuss the effects of house bills 12 & 13 senate bills 327 & 238 from the 2012 state legislative on our business corridors. These bills state that liquor establishments must be at least 500 ft away from a church in the 45th district. Redistricting has placed both sides of Harford Road in the 45th district and the churches that have moved into the Hamilton business district prevent any liquor license transfers within Hamilton.
