February Meeting - Hookah Bar proposal

Our next meeting is Wednesday, February 1st @ Harbel (5807 Harford Rd). 

We will discuss Hookah Bar proposal for 5009 Harford Rd @ Police report on incident on Arabia/Ailsa 1/20/12. If you have any questions or concerns about these items please attend.

We will have Councilman Curran, the individual proposing the Hookah Bar, and Deputy Major Lester Rutherford of the NE District Police Dept in attendance.

Notice of Liquor Board Hearing - 4901½ Belair Road

The following case in Northeast Baltimore will be going before the Board of Liquor License Commissioners for Baltimore City this Thursday, January 12th at 3:00pm.  The establishment is located at Belair Road and Woodlea Ave on the Frankford (east) side:

Kweon Sun Mun & Kum Wha Mun, Ham’s Liquors, Inc. T/a Ham’s Liquors & Grocery, 4901½ Belair Road (Frankford) - Class “A” Beer, Wine & Liquor license – Violation of Rule 4.01(a) “No licensee shall sell or furnish alcoholic beverages to any person under twenty-one (21) years of age or to any person with the knowledge that such person is purchasing or acquiring such beverages for consumption by any person under twenty-one (21) years of age” on November 4, 2011 (Re: Bottle of wine sold to individual under the age of 21).
