The Waltherson Improvement Association meeting will be at Harbel (5807 Harford Rd) at 7:45 PM on Wednesday May 4th. We will have a representative from Homes for America out to do a presentation on a proposal they have for low income housing at St. Anthony's (located on Frankford Ave just east of Belair Rd) as well as a representative from the Department of Transportation to discuss their Safe Routes to Schools program.
